After excluding other reasons, the diffuser plate of the high-efficiency air supply outlet was removed. There were damages and black gray marks on the surface of the air supply outlet. Under this phenomenon, high-efficiency filtration The device cannot be used and needs to be replaced in time. If the filter is not obviously damaged, use the air volume cover to cover the air supply outlet of the room and measure the air supply volume of each air supply outlet. If the air supply volume becomes larger, replace it.
3. Replacement of the high-efficiency filter: remove the diffuser plate of the scrapped high-efficiency filter; loosen the fixing parts of the high-efficiency filter, and after removing the high-efficiency filter, check the static pressure box, fixing parts and panels for rust and loss, and find that Corroded, needs to be derusted and painted. When replacing some high-efficiency filters in the clean area, clean the static pressure box of the high-efficiency filter with a clean rag, open the inner packaging of the high-efficiency filter, paste the sealing strip on the air inlet side of the high-efficiency filter, and place the high-efficiency filter smoothly. into the plenum. When fixing the filter, first check that the filter is in the middle of the static pressure box, the distance between the filter and the surrounding area of the static pressure box is equal, and the fixing parts should be fixed at the corners to prevent uneven force or damage to the filter. The fixing nut in the static pressure box should be tightened so that the connection between the high-efficiency filter and the static pressure box is consistent and sealed. Then turn on the air conditioning unit, ventilate the system, open the inner packaging of the high-efficiency filter, and replace it according to the above steps.
4. After installing the high-efficiency filter, run the system to check for air leakage. When air leakage is found, do the following: fasten the fixing parts or replace the sealing strip and reinstall it. If the high-efficiency filter itself leaks air, you need to replace it with a new high-efficiency filter. When installing, install according to the original marked direction, and minimize the gap between the panel and the ceiling to prevent dust from accumulating. After the high-efficiency filter is installed, the environmental inspection should be carried out again, and verification should be done to provide a reliable basis for the next determination of the high-efficiency filter being scrapped.
