Applications
Modular cleanrooms are particularly suitable for areas within workshops requiring high levels of local purification,
such as assembly line work areas and high-precision product assembly areas. They are ideal mobile equipment for
sampling and material transfer in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biological products, food, and electronics.
• Working Principle
The fan draws air in from the top of the FFU (Fan Filter Unit), which is then filtered through a pre-filter and a HEPA filter.
The filtered clean air is evenly discharged into the cleanroom at a uniform speed of 0.45 m/s ± 20% across the entire
outlet surface. This creates a laminar flow layer, ensuring a vertical unidirectional airflow of clean air,
thus guaranteeing the required cleanliness level in the working area.
• Advantages and Characteristics
Compared with conventional built-in or assembled Class 100 cleanrooms, it offers lower investment costs, faster results,
easier installation, lower operating costs, and shorter delivery times.
The modular structure allows for easy upgrading of cleanliness levels, strong expandability, and high reusability. It is also easily movable (casters can be installed).
Compared to traditional cleanrooms, it offers a larger usable internal space, lower cost, faster construction, and is not limited by floor height.
