Features of tank high-efficiency filter

1. Mainly used to filter air suspended particles above 0.3um, as the end filter of the filter system;

2. The filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, separated by hot melt adhesive;

3. The hot-melt insulating adhesive without partitions can ensure the same pleat spacing, ensure the best airflow through, achieve high dust holding capacity, and make full use of the filter material of the entire depth of the filter;

4. Polyurethane sealant is used around the filter to ensure the tightness of the entire filter;

5. Install a plastic-sprayed protective net on the inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter to protect the filter paper from damage;

6. The air outlet surface of the filter is equipped with a flange, and the inner side of the flange is filled with sealant, and the sealing performance will be greatly enhanced;

7. The sealant in the tank is a non-Newtonian liquid, which has the advantages of non-volatile, non-climbing oil, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic and tasteless;

8. Each filter is passed the PAO test and then leaves the factory.
