Product Overview
The Automatic Dynamic Pass Box with Roller Conveyor is designed for controlled material transfer between cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas. It is suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and other cleanroom environments, supporting material transfer between different areas.
The equipment combines an automatic double-door system with a stainless steel electric roller conveyor to facilitate material handling and reduce manual transfer operations.
Two electrically operated lifting doors are equipped with an electrical interlocking system. Only one door can be opened at a time, helping maintain separation between the two transfer areas.
A PLC control system with a 7-inch touchscreen HMI provides convenient equipment operation. Safety devices, including light curtains and photoelectric sensors, are integrated into the system.

Working Process & Safety
Materials are transferred between the two connected areas using the electric roller conveyor. The automatic lifting doors and electrical interlocking system coordinate the transfer process, helping prevent both doors from being opened simultaneously.
The PLC control system manages equipment operation, while the safety light curtains and photoelectric sensors provide additional protection during material handling.
In the event of an emergency stop or sudden power failure, do not force the doors open. Follow the appropriate equipment recovery procedure to avoid damaging the lifting mechanism or other components.
