The fan coil unit with HEPA filter consists of an outer housing with make-up air connection and exhaust
air connection, together with the internal components: HEPA filter cell with fan motor unit in a common internal
housing and a cooling coil. As an option, a prefilter can be installed.
PIFF is an FFU with a dry coil, which lowers the temperature of the air transported into the clean room through
the dry coil. In the photovoltaic new energy industry, there will be process equipment such as ovens in the clean room,
which will generate a lot of heat. The heat mainly depends on the process. Cooling water and process heat are removed
by exhaust air; at the same time, process equipment also produces acid, alkali, and organic waste gases, which need
to be discharged. All kinds of high-volume exhaust air in the clean room mean that a large amount of fresh air, which has been
treated with heat and humidity, needs to be supplemented to maintain the positive pressure in the room. When the cleanliness
level of the clean room in the photovoltaic new energy industry is required to be above ISO5,
a fresh air unit (MAU) + a clean air conditioning system with a fan filter unit (PIFF) with a dry coil can be used.
