8. To comply with environmental policies, the surface undergoes precision grinding and polishing;

chemical electrolytic polishing (etching) is avoided to prevent environmental pollution.

Application Areas

Clean booths are particularly suitable for high-level localized cleanliness within workshops, such as assembly line work areas

and high-precision product assembly areas. They are ideal mobile devices for sampling and cargo handling in industries

such as pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, food, and electronics.

Working Principle

Air is drawn in from the top of the FFU (Fan Filter Unit), filtered through a pre-filter and a HEPA filter,

and then uniformly delivered into the clean booth at a velocity of 0.45 m/s ± 20% across the entire outlet surface.

This creates a uniform flow layer, ensuring a vertical unidirectional airflow and guaranteeing the required cleanliness level within the work area.

Advantages and Features

Compared to civil engineering or prefabricated Class 100 cleanrooms, they require less investment, offer faster results,

are easier to install, have lower operating costs, and shorter delivery cycles.

Modular structure allows for easy upgrading of cleanliness levels, strong expandability, and high reusability. Easy to move (can be equipped with casters).

The clean bench offers ample internal space, lower cost, and faster construction than traditional cleanrooms, and is not limited by floor height.
